If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us at
[email protected] with your order number and the specific modifications requested. We will confirm once the update or cancellation is completed.
- Orders are only eligible for cancellation or modification within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, the order enters the processing phase and can no longer be altered or canceled.
- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us directly. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund.
- For defective or damaged items, return of the product is not required. We will send a replacement free of charge.
- Refunds are not available for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect addresses, customer absence, or delivery location security issues (confirmed by the shipping carrier). We also cannot refund orders refused by the customer.
- Dissatisfaction related to item fit or color variations is not eligible for refund or replacement. Please refer to the size chart on each product page before completing your purchase.
- Replacement for Defective Items: If your item is defective and you wish to retain the original product type, we will provide a free replacement.
- Refund Processing: You will receive a confirmation email once your refund request is approved. Refund processing takes approximately 48 hours.
- Funds Crediting Time: The time for funds to reflect in your account depends on your payment method and bank, typically within 14 business days.
- Unreceived Refunds: If the refund does not arrive after 14 business days, please contact your payment provider or bank first. You may also reach out to us at [email protected] for assistance with tracking the refund status and next steps.
- Policy Validity: Our return & refund policy is valid for 90 days from the date of delivery. No refunds or exchanges will be offered after this period.

- Photo or video of the defective item(s)
- Full delivery address
Our support team will review your submission. If eligible:
- We will resend the product at no additional cost.
- If a replacement is not feasible, we will issue a full refund (including shipping costs).
